Who we are

Information in an enquiry
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and what you need. We use it to answer your enquiry and arrange your care, and only authorised DoctorVerse staff can see it.
Website measurement
To understand how the site is used, we use Google Analytics 4 (by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (by Microsoft), loaded through Google Tag Manager. They record pages viewed, the referring website, device and browser type, approximate location from your connection, and taps on our call, WhatsApp, directions and email buttons. Clarity also creates heatmaps and session recordings with page text and anything typed masked. We do not send names, phone numbers, messages or health information to these services. They use cookies or similar identifiers, which you can block or clear in your browser settings.
Mind and Body Recharge screening
If you take part in the screening, we collect your contact details and questionnaire answers to give you your result and voucher, and so a clinician can follow up where needed. These are stored on our secure systems and only authorised DoctorVerse staff can access them. Your browser also keeps your scores, participant and referral codes for 30 days so you can see your result again; your contact details and answers are not kept in the browser. Use the forget button on the campaign page or clear your browser storage to remove it. This does not delete the clinic record.
External services
WhatsApp and Google Maps links open services run by those providers, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for your care, to answer your enquiry, and to meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations.
Your rights and questions
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Email founder@thedoctorverse.com or call 073060 56499 and we will respond.
